I have to say that initially, I was impressed with the quality and thorough nature of the solutions Flexpak provided for us. As time has developed, I am even more impressed with the extremely high level of attention and service we have been afforded. Everyone including the delivery drivers are surely vested in the success of the company, and as a customer I am truly grateful. The quality and performance of the packaging has served as great marketing tool as we have several emails from customers who have (before Flexpak) witnessed package handling crime by the shippers. Boxes dropped from the top of the stack on the delivery truck, boxes that have literally been broken in pieces etc. and to date not a single damaged speaker. We even have a couple customers who have mentioned they want to mount the packaging on the wall of their home as art. From our end, Flexpak is part of our product, and we market it as such. I wanted to let you know how happy we have been with our custom Flexfoam boxes. We have very demanding shipping needs as we have to keep our products packed in dry ice. Most of the packaging we have tested in the past has failed miserably. However, our Flexfoam boxes work great. They keep the product safe, cold, and look nice when the package is opened. The consistency is excellent, we can count on each shipment arriving safely Neil was a great asset as we developed the right thickness and liners, his knowledge was invaluable. I would highly recommend Flexfoam for any shipments that need that extra layer of protection in shipping.
